Are you a factory or a trader? Can you provide OEM/ODM customization services?

We are factory facility based in Dongguan with a production area of over 10,000 and 100+ employees. We specialize in OEM/ODM services, covering everything from product design and tooling development to injection molding, assembly, and testing.

How is the development cost of custom molds calculated? Who owns the molds?

Tooling costs are evaluated based on factors such as product complexity, number of cavities, and dimensional precision requirements. We provide a detailed quotation and tooling development timeline before proceeding. Customer pays for the tooling, the customer owns it, and we provide storage and maintenance services.

Could you offer engineering support? For instance, could you assist with product selection or structural optimization?

Absolutely. Our engineering team has extensive experience in automotive sensor connector development and can provide professional advice on product selection, structural design, material selection, sealing solutions, and cost optimization. We offering value-added services such as 2D/3D drawing review, DFMEA analysis, and tooling structure optimization to help shorten development cycles and reduce overall costs.

What is the minimum order quantity? Is it possible to handle small batch orders?

For new custom development projects, we understand the need for small-batch pilot runs during the initial phase and are flexible to accommodate lower quantities upon discussion. We are committed to supporting our customers throughout the prototyping stage, trial assembly, and production ramp-up with tiered supply solutions.

Which payment methods do you accept? How will the logistics be arranged?

We accept common payment methods such as T/T. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For logistics, we work with multiple international freight forwarders and support sea freight, air freight, and express shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx). We can arrange shipment according to your designated forwarder or assist with coordination. Export customs clearance and documentation are handled by our team.

What certificates do you offer? Can they meet the requirements of PPAP?

We have obtained IATF 16949 certification for automotive quality management systems and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems. We have full PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission capabilities. to support customer’s project development and mass production approval.
